Kaitlyn Swicegood Dingle
I’m Kaitlyn Swicegood Dingle, half of the attorney owner duo at Styles and Dingle. My husband, Tommy, actually started at the firm with our predecessor Brooks Styles before me in 2014, but you know what they say about saving the best for last.
I’m originally from Chattanooga, TN. I came to Charleston in 2006 to obtain my undergraduate degree in philosophy and political science at College of Charleston. After graduation in 2010, I enrolled to study law at Charleston School of Law, where I graduated Magna Cum Laude and with other honors in 2013. It’s also where I met my husband and business partner, Tommy.
I joined what was the Styles Law Firm in 2016, and am now proudly the co-owner of now Styles and Dingle, LLC.
I am also a certified yoga teacher and taught professional responsibility (legal ethics) at my alma mater, Charleston School of Law for a little over three years. Tommy and I also run our own air bnb! Shout out to @stayherecharleston. I have a passion for animals and have four tiny furry rescue dogs of my own (two who have part time jobs as greeters at the firm) and also enjoy fostering when my husband lets me.
I pride myself on my communication skills and seeing my clients as individuals who are going through what is often one of the biggest/most important events in their life. It’s important to me to run a socially responsible and inclusive workplace where everyone who walks in my door feels welcome. I take care of my employees and we all take care of you.
I hope you’ll let us assist you in your next closing so we can show you why our clients keep coming back!
Tommy Dingle
Tommy Dingle, South Carolina native, is the other half of the attorney owner duo at Styles and Dingle. He started with Styles and Dingle, LLC (formerly Styles Law Firm) with the firm’s predecessor, W. Brooks Styles in 2014.
Tommy graduated from Clemson with Honors in 2006 where he studied history. He actively participated in his community by volunteering at events such as Challenger League Volunteer, Frats At Bat, National Canned Food Drive, and Big Man On Campus. Helping other people is important to Tommy and to this day, you can often find him taking the tabs off of any canned drink so that he can submit them to the Ronald McDonald House.
After graduating from Clemson, and taking time to explore his life goals, Tommy enrolled at Charleston School of Law, where he met his wife and business partner, Kaitlyn. Tommy graduated Charleston School of Law in 2013, and was able to change his title from Law Clerk to Attorney.
Now, you can find Tommy at the closing table, where he does a stellar job of being thorough but concise. He always aims to minimize complications and to ensure that all parties have a clear understanding of their closing. Not only will he keep you informed, but he makes you laugh through it.
You can often times find Tommy’s right hand duo, Pip, next to him or in his arms upside down. Pip loves to come into the office with Tommy and help with the closings. If Pip isn’t with Tommy and is with one of the other 3 rescue pups the Dingles have, you can bet Tommy is either golfing, maintaining his yard, or watching the Clemson Tigers play football.
